In short: Contrail saves your game progress in your browser. If leaderboards are on, it also keeps your scores and guesses under an anonymous account. There are no ads, and your data is never sold.

Saved in your browser

This stays on your device. Clearing this site's data in your browser settings removes it.

Saved on our server (for leaderboards)

The first time you finish a round, Contrail creates an anonymous account for you. No name or email is needed. It stores:

How the games are used

To see what works and fix what doesn't, the games record a few things you do, such as opening a game, finishing a round, sharing your result, clicking through to another game, opening a help screen, and errors. Each record has a random ID kept in your browser, the page you came from (for example a search engine or an ad), the kind of device, and your leaderboard account if you have one. It doesn't include your email. Only we can see it, and it's covered by the deletion request below.

What other players see

Other players never see your account ID or email.

Services we use
